We believe that the first and most crucial care plan is the one focused on self-care.  We understand that this a difficult concept for most caregivers to grasp. However, it is vital to your long-term health and wellbeing to realize that self-care is an essential ingredient in quality caregiving. By doing so, you are in a better position to manage the toll caregiving takes on your mental and emotional health.  

Plus, it will make it easier to navigate the ups and downs of your caregiver journey. Remember, your loved one needs you on the frontlines coordinating, fixing, and managing their care plan’s full-scope.  So, take good care of yourself because your loved one needs you.

Are you struggling and overwhelmed with your role as a family caregiver? This is where TCG comes in and becomes the Caregiver’s Guardian. We offer:


Group sessions provide a team approach to addressing challenges and creating strategies for the family caregiver role.
$ 300
  • Group Coaching Calls - 4 (four) 60 Minute Sessions - 1 hour per week. Includes four session
  • 10 participants maximum

Morning and evening sessions will be conducted and will be scheduled based on participants’ availability. (10 participants).


Coaching services and packages for The Caregiver/The Advocate for the caregiver (a person who cares about the caregiver)

  • TCG/Caregiver Introduction – Includes 1 (one) 15 Minute Complimentary Consultation
  • Caregiver Survival Package – Includes 3 (three) 60 Minute Sessions

Individual coaching sessions are held via telephone or video conference.


Our family sessions are friendly, supportive, and focused on finding solutions and workable strategies and tactics for the family.

  • Up to 4 family members can participate in a call.
  • Strategy Assessment – 1 (one) 90 Minute Session
  • Family Care Strategy Intensive – 3 (three) 60 Minute Sessions
